Fact: Good food is super.

Fact: The internets are good for sharing.
And thus the blog was born.
We are a hodgepodge of several Amherst students/alumni living all over both Coasts, the MidWest and even the wilds of Canada. We've all got day jobs but we all love food. Eating food, making food, and thinking about food.
The Lord Jeff's Table is a place for recipes, food related musings, and food challenges.
But no scrod allowed.
Note- We aren't hating on Val (just the scrod)...the vegan desserts rocked and Dave C. at the salad bar was (and is) the man....but lets just say our gastronomical habits have...evolved? since college...
